Most invoicing issues are caused by lack of information or the wrong email address.
We prefer remittances to be accompanied by;
- Date of Payment
- Dollar Amount (To match with Bank Statements)
- Invoice/Statement Number payment is to be applied to. (If this is not supplied, payment is made to the longest outstanding invoice)
- Name of Payee (As it appears on a bank statement) Matching Company Details with trading names can prove difficult and leads to delays in processing payments.
